Build a Career With Tulsa’s Trusted Exterior Specialists

Why Build a Career at Keller Exteriors

Keller Exteriors has worked across the Tulsa metro since 2001. The company has grown steadily through referrals and repeat customers, not aggressive marketing, which gives our team something that many contractors cannot offer: consistent year-round work with a stable local company. If you want to build a real career in the exterior trades and you want to do it close to home, this is a place worth considering.

Our crews handle siding, roofing, windows, doors, and gutter work across Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, and the surrounding communities. The work is steady, the projects are varied, and the local management team supports the people doing the actual installation. We hire for the long term.

Keller Exteriors Meet The Team The People Behind Keller Exteriors

What We Look For in Team Members

Specific skills and experience matter, but a handful of traits matter more across every role at Keller Exteriors.

  • Reliability. Show up on time, finish the day, do what you say you will do.
  • Quality workmanship. Take pride in the result, not just the speed.
  • Customer respect. Treat every homeowner the way you would want a contractor to treat your own family.
  • Willingness to learn. Materials and methods change, and the best installers keep updating their skills.
  • Local roots. Most of our team lives in the metro, knows the area, and is invested in the community.

A Day in the Life

Crew roles typically start early. Trucks load up at our shop or report directly to the job site by 7 or 8 a.m. The morning runs four to five hours of focused installation work, followed by lunch and an afternoon block. Most crews finish by mid to late afternoon. Project consultants and office staff work more standard daytime hours with some evening flexibility for homeowner consultations. Weather affects the schedule on most exterior work, but year-round projects across the metro keep teams busy through every season.
