Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the website of Keller Exteriors (“Keller Exteriors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, requesting services, submitting an online form, or otherwise communicating with us, you (“you,” “your,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services. Your continued use of our website or engagement of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any future modifications.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Keller Exteriors.
Website Usage
The Keller Exteriors website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate communication between you and our company. By using this website, you agree to the following:
You will use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, our servers, or related systems or networks.
You will not introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
You will not use automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or other tools to harvest data from this website without our prior written consent.
You will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the website at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Information published on this website, including descriptions of services, pricing, materials, products, promotions, and availability, is subject to change without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free.
Scheduling and Appointments
Our website and other communication channels may allow you to request free consultations, inspections, project appointments, repair services, installation services, or estimates. By submitting a service request, you acknowledge and agree that:
A service request is a request only and does not constitute a confirmed appointment until acknowledged and scheduled by Keller Exteriors.
Appointment availability depends on crew schedules, geographic service area, weather conditions, material availability, project requirements, and demand.
Specific appointment or project start times are not guaranteed. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate urgent requests but cannot promise same-day or next-day service.
Service availability may vary by location. We may decline service in areas outside our normal service territory.
You agree to provide accurate contact information, property address, and a description of the project or issue when requesting service.
We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or cancel service requests at our discretion.
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, you agree to notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Repeated missed appointments may result in service fees or refusal of future service.
Estimates and Pricing
Keller Exteriors may provide estimates for roofing, window replacement, siding, doors, gutters, storm damage repairs, exterior remodeling, installations, replacements, repairs, or other services. By requesting an estimate, you acknowledge and agree that:
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time and are not binding offers unless reduced to a signed written agreement.
Estimates may change after on-site inspection, project evaluation, discovery of additional issues, code requirements, permit fees, material price changes, or unforeseen conditions such as concealed damage, structural deterioration, moisture damage, rotted materials, or non-compliant existing installations.
Pricing displayed on the website, in advertising materials, or in promotional offers is subject to change without notice and may not reflect current pricing.
Promotional offers, manufacturer rebates, discounts, and financing promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates.
Final pricing will be provided in writing or otherwise documented before work begins, and authorization to proceed is required.
Sales tax, permit fees, disposal fees, delivery charges, material costs, and other charges may be applied where required by law or the specific project.
Financing Disclaimers
Keller Exteriors may offer financing options through third-party lenders or financial partners. By exploring or applying for financing, you acknowledge and agree that:
All financing is subject to credit approval by the third-party lender, not by Keller Exteriors.
Keller Exteriors is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We do not control approval, denial, interest rates, repayment terms, or fees.
Advertised financing terms, including promotional interest rates or deferred payment plans, are subject to lender qualifications, promotional periods, and restrictions.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any financing agreement before signing.
Keller Exteriors makes no representation or warranty regarding the suitability of any financing product for your individual circumstances.
Emergency Service and Response Times
Keller Exteriors may offer urgent or storm-related services for roofing, exterior damage, leaks, and other property exterior issues. By requesting urgent or emergency-related service, you acknowledge and agree that:
Response times may vary based on crew availability, current workload, severe weather, road conditions, distance, material availability, safety conditions, and the nature of the issue.
We do not guarantee a specific response time for any service request, including those characterized as urgent or emergency.
Urgent, after-hours, temporary protection, storm-response, or emergency-related services may be subject to additional fees or charges, which will be disclosed before work begins where reasonably practical.
In the event of a life-threatening situation, fire, active electrical hazard, structural collapse, downed power lines, severe flooding, or other immediate danger, you should first contact 911 and the appropriate emergency service or utility provider before contacting us.
Keller Exteriors is not liable for damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from response delays or service unavailability.
Storm Damage and Insurance Claims
Keller Exteriors may assist customers with property inspections, storm damage assessments, documentation, and coordination related to insurance claims. By requesting such assistance, you acknowledge and agree that:
Keller Exteriors is not an insurance company, insurance adjuster, public adjuster, attorney, or legal representative unless expressly authorized and licensed to act in such capacity.
We do not control whether an insurance claim is approved or denied, the amount of insurance coverage available, the amount paid by an insurance company, or the timing of any insurance payment.
Any information or assistance provided regarding an insurance claim is intended to support the repair or replacement process and does not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing your insurance policy, communicating with your insurance company, satisfying policy requirements, and paying any deductible or other amounts for which you are responsible.
Authorization by an insurance company does not automatically create a contract with Keller Exteriors unless a separate written agreement or work authorization has been accepted.
Warranties and Warranty Disclaimers
Keller Exteriors may provide written warranties on certain labor and installations as expressly stated in a written agreement, invoice, warranty document, or service contract. Manufacturer warranties on roofing products, windows, siding, doors, gutters, materials, and other products are provided directly by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage typically does not extend to:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, or improper use.
Issues resulting from improper maintenance or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Damage caused by hail, high winds, tornadoes, storms, flooding, fire, ice, falling objects, pests, or other events outside our control unless expressly covered by a written warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Keller Exteriors, its owners, officers, employees, installers, crew members, technicians, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, loss of data, property damage, business interruption, or personal inconvenience, arising out of or related to:

A signed estimate, proposal, work authorization, invoice, contract, or service agreement constitutes your acceptance of the applicable charges and these payment terms.
Project Changes and Additional Work
Changes to the original project scope may affect pricing, materials, scheduling, and completion dates.
Additional work requested by the customer or required because of concealed damage, structural conditions, code requirements, or other conditions discovered after work begins may require a written or documented change order.
Keller Exteriors is not obligated to perform work outside the agreed project scope unless the additional work is authorized.
Any change in materials, products, colors, specifications, or project scope may affect the total project cost and completion schedule.
Materials and Product Availability
Materials, products, colors, brands, styles, and product specifications are subject to availability.
Keller Exteriors may recommend or use a reasonably comparable substitute when an originally selected product is discontinued, unavailable, delayed, or otherwise cannot reasonably be obtained, subject to customer approval where required.
Manufacturer production schedules, transportation delays, weather events, supply-chain disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery and installation schedules.
Variations in color, texture, grain, finish, or appearance may occur between product samples, digital images, and installed materials and may not constitute a defect.
Weather and Project Delays
Exterior construction and installation work may be affected by weather and site conditions.
Keller Exteriors may postpone, suspend, or reschedule work when weather, property conditions, safety concerns, material availability, permit requirements, or other circumstances make performance unsafe, impractical, or impossible.
Estimated project dates and completion schedules are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
Keller Exteriors is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, storms, acts of God, government action, permit processing, material shortages, manufacturer delays, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Service Agreements and Maintenance Plans
Keller Exteriors may offer maintenance plans, inspection programs, service agreements, or other programs. The specific terms of any such agreement—including covered services, frequency of visits, duration, fees, renewal, cancellation, and transferability—will be set forth in a separate written agreement provided at the time of enrollment.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific service agreement, project contract, work authorization, warranty, or maintenance plan, the specific written agreement shall control with respect to the subject matter it covers.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of our website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in or serving Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith before initiating any legal action. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if not possible, severed. All remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Updates to These Terms
Keller Exteriors reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
